Outdoor Dining

All meals are served outdoors. This is one of the nicest features of Quill Gardens and the Caribbean! Year-round good weather means you can have that relaxed ‘vacation’ feeling whether you are staying with us for work or while on vacation.

A large wooden table with comfortable low-backed upholstered chairs are where guests share their meals. This area is located on a large centrally located terrace which is covered so meals are never disturbed by a welcome rainfall.

Meals

Meals are served, family style, at the large, centrally located terrace. Breakfast is available from Monday thru Friday. Dinner is served from Monday till Thursday and must be reserved. Our meals are occasions which we are proud of. Interesting people, delicious food and beautiful location are the main ingredients!

Exclusive Dining

Every Sunday night a ‘weekly event’ is organized. This can range from a wine tasting extravaganza, a concert or the much-loved Indonesian ‘rijsttaffel’. A maximum of 25 people can attend the Sunday evening dining event.

We consider it a privilege to have you dine at our exclusive restaurant and enjoy our meals. That is why you will be asked to sign up for the meals you would like to share. Our Sunday evening event is so popular there is even a waiting list of people who want to be invited. But rest assured, our guests come first!
